Questions
Everything worth asking.
50+ years
Combined water-quality experience behind every system.
What is reverse osmosis?
Water is pushed through a membrane fine enough that dissolved material is left behind. What passes through is the water itself.
What does GPD mean?
Gallons per day — the rated capacity of the system. A higher number means water arrives faster at the tap.
What is the difference between the SW600G, SW800G and SW1200G?
Rated capacity. Every configuration shares the same 11-stage filtration, 0.0001 micron precision, tankless design, remineralization stage and dual TDS monitoring. The SW1200G simply delivers the most water per day.
Does it remineralize the water?
Yes. After reverse osmosis, the TC-A stage restores beneficial minerals for better taste and improved hydration.
Does it require electricity?
Yes. The system plugs into a standard outlet beneath the sink.
Does it need a storage tank?
No. The system is tankless, so it makes water on demand and takes back the cabinet space a pressure tank would occupy.
How often are the filters replaced?
PPC every 6 months, TC-A every year, RO every 2 years. The unit tracks each one independently and tells you when it is due.
Does it include the faucet?
Yes. A dedicated drinking-water faucet is included with every configuration.
What does the display show?
Dual real-time TDS readings, remaining life for all three filters, and Purify, Flush, Power and Fault indicators. Reset and Flush controls sit below.
